Canada Day features parade, picnic

   Canada Day weekend in Goderich will feature activities throughout the lakeside town including fun for the whole family.

   The celebration starts on Saturday, June 30 with the annual Canada Day Fireworks Display viewable from the Goderich beaches. A Canada Day picnic and parade is set to take place at Courthouse Park and around the town on July 1.

   The Lions Club's Beef Barbecue will be held at Lions Harbour Park overlooking the harbour from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on July 1.
